TITLE: The Botanic Gardens
Last week on thursday was a fantastic day because we got to go to the Botanic gardens. We went there to learn stuff and to do other things like play, experience and write about the plants we saw and liked. Rooms 10 11 6 and 7 went to the Botanic gardens too. My whole class felt extremely exhausted because we had to walk the whole time.
Last week on thursday it was a blast because we went to the Botanic gardens. Firstly we got onto the bus and suddenly we were all cold ,but excited at the same time it was kind of weird waiting in the bus because all you could hear was outrageous noises coming out peoples mouths. At last we finally got to the Botanic gardens. When we stood out of the bus all you could hear was ‘‘Its cold aye” actually it was so cold my friend didn't have a jumper and I said ‘‘Yo bro aren't you cold’’ then he said ‘‘Nah its warm’’.
Next when we got inside there was a door to go outside to where our destination was. When we got there we sat down and started to munch our lunch. When we had finished eating we went to the edible garden. We got to experience some plants and new plants that had just popped up into our brains. One of my new plants I just experience was a Mary rose just to be honest I’ve never seen a rose in real life but now I have.
After that we went to the Herb garden oh this one was to good to enjoy actually better than games we got to learn what was things for cooking. For an example Mustard is made out of Giant red and all sorts of other things are made of plants but I just can't remember them. It was wonderful there.
Then we went to this other place it had lots of water around and ducks and ells were on/in the water. It was funny because my friend slipped inside the water it was sad but funny but when he got out his pants, shoes, underwear and half of his jumper were soaked. We went to this place where all african plants were in that place it was so fun when we were looking at the trees where Puma, pathenthers, leopards and lions lie on.
After that we got to play around in the children's garden we got to play bullrush and tag. Then we got to go to this forest ohh this one was just like a scary/fun adventure but me and my friends were lost I could hear my heart try to burst high and me walking on dirty mud and hearing scary sounds. But me and my friends didn't listen to my teacher cause you know most boys don't like to listen to people beside there mum and dad but if they don't listen to there mum and dad you know what's gonna happen. Anyway we were saved from the girls what an embarrassing moment ,but anyway getting saved from the girls whatever. Now it was a long walk to the bus we were late to the bus. I had a fantastic day.
It was the best time of this term but I was so exhausted I was supposed to go sport camp instead I had to skip it and the day was lit
