Food Tech
Food Tech
Today at food tech we made zucchini fritters, this one I really enjoyed eating because it was delicious.
Firstly we grate up the cucumber then squeezed it till the water of the cucumber was out, Next we put 1/4 milk, 1 egg, 1/3 flour and half a tea spoon of baking soda, after that we then whisk it and we put a pinch of salt and pepper in it. Nextly we turn on the stove and place our pan on top of it and we wait for it to heat and then we put the our zucchini fritters on the pan and we let it cook. After we cook all of it we then cleaned up our area and got ready to eat. The zucchini fritters were amazing and with the chili sauce with the zucchini fritters were fire.
